BVS workers ransack Spanco office against price hike

Party Workers of Bharatiya Vidyarthi Sena (BVS), the student wing of Shiv Sena staged a protest demonstration at the office of Nagpur’s power distributor Spanco Discom Limited on the issue of increased power bill.
